Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust ("TMT") is a non-profit organization committed to supporting educational and social causes, particularly for underprivileged sections of Indian society. This policy outlines the terms related to refunds and cancellations of donations made through our website.

1. Donations

All donations made to Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust are voluntary contributions and are utilized for charitable and welfare purposes.

2. No Cancellation

Once a donation has been successfully made, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.

3. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate or multiple transactions for the same donation.
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to a genuine error.
  • Technical or payment failures resulting in unintended transactions.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must:

  • Send an email to [email protected]
  • Mention the transaction reference number, date, and amount.
  • Provide a brief explanation for the refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • The Trust shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction.

7. Discretion of the Trust

Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request based on its internal review, policies, and supporting documentation provided by the donor.
